Dr. Vishnu Vivek M , is a Ph.D holder in Management from National Institute of Technology – Trichy and poses 18 plus years of experience in Management, in corporate and academics together. A thorough professional who served Key Industrial Players like TCS and HCL Technologies for close to a decade and also associated with leading B-Schools in the country as an academician.

He has expertise in Business Consulting, Account Management, Program Management, Agile Product Ownership, Business Analysis, COE Coordination Activities, Presales, Alliance Management, Stakeholder Management, Learning & Development, and Competency Development.

He was the chief consultant for INSIGHT in delivering various management consultancy works related to industrialization especially development of industrial park, scope and market studies for development of standard design factories, etc.

He is a member of Curriculum Board, Kerala Technological University and also a designated faculty member on management for RIET. He has successfully done multiple transformational interventions in management for various projects.

Mr. Rahul R Pillai is an ex-IRS officer who held various positions in Government of India and Kerala. A B-Tech graduate in Information Technology, he joined Indian Civil Service as an IRS officer in 2007. He held the post of Assistant Commissioner of Customs at Inland Container depot, Bangalore and it was during his tenure that import -export green channel for major manufacturers including Toyota Kirloskar Motors was implemented at Bangalore Customs ICD. The next four and a half years of his career was in one of the most sensitive organisations in the country, the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI). As Deputy Director in Charge of Kerala Region, he excelled in intelligence and investigation.

A turn in his career towards development administration and management came when he was invited by the Government of Kerala to
spearhead the Skill development initiatives of Kerala. As Managing Director of Kerala Academy of Skills Excellence (KASE), he was able to
bring skill development as an important focus area for state development. He worked closely with NSDC, CII, FICCI, TATA STRIVE, PMI USA etc. The Centre of Excellence (CoE) model developed by KASE was later replicated by many other skill development missions.

Later he held various important portfolios at Government of Kerala including MD of Kerala Tourism Corporation, GM and CMD(i/c) of Civil
Supplies Corporation, State Director of RMSA Project in Education, Managing Director of Roads and Bridges Corporation, CEO of Kerala Maritime Board, Secretary of Municipal Corporation of Kochi etc.

He founded INSIGHT Advisory and Consulting India (OPC) Pvt ltd. in the year 2022 post resignation from Government of India.
